YOH-IT (contract worker) - 2001
- For "Concert", designed and developed Flash modules for their training CD
and website consisting of 135 screens. The screens were transposed from PowerPoint
slides and a multitude of new animations, ActionScripting programming, and
custom artwork were created. Work was done in a timely manner on schedule.

As a lead New Media specialist for EEI, Mr. Williams develops and produces
custom designed Web sites and CDs within budget and on time while maintaining
the quality standards of the industry. Projects required designing user interfaces
and interactivity. Combines a professional art and music background with strong
electronic skills. Multimedia and Web projects have required conceptual development,
linking the verbal with the visual, and include:
- For Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. designed and developed
an interactive quiz portrait game using Macromedia Flash for placement on

Water Authority designed and developed the templates for their website
using Frontpage and Photoshop. Not up and running yet
- For American Society of Plant Physiologists converted hundreds of
existing Illustrator illustrations to Flash components for zooming and scrolling

- For Bostwick Laboratories designed and developed their pathology
reference Web site laboratory for their physicians, patients, and managed

- For the Education Statistics Research Institute designed and developed

- For the National Geographic Society hand coded thousands of HTML

custom pics and animation.
- For the National Private Truck Council created custom pics and animation
for their online preconvention and convention Web pages.
- For the Whereohwhere website, project managed and created custom
logos, pics, template designs, and animation for their online travel search

(1995 to present) - ArtWOW for KOAN Magazine - Mr. Williams produced this
Web site, which caters to artists and art lovers of KOAN art newsletter, from
concept to finish. Project includes an ongoing catalog of artists on the premises
of the site, a full Web guide of art in the Washington, D.C. area, a bulletin
board, complete custom management, and custom maintenance/upgrading of the
site.
Corcoran Gallery of Art - organization and placement of entire art
exhibitions including the prestigious ArtSites exhibitions. Other art organizations
custom designed into the site include: Rockville Arts Place, International
Sculpture Center, Arlington Arts Center, McLean Project for the Arts, Maryland
Art Place, School 33 in Baltimore, Greater Reston Art Center and Ellipse Arts
Center.
- Art Comics Syndicate (1995 to present) - http://www.artcomic.com
- Owner of this site and in collaboration with Isyndicate Inc, Mr. Williams
presents and rents daily features to a variety of online Web sites and print
publishers the world over. The site also features a variety of Flash/Shockwave
entertainment and receives a ½ million visitors each month. Awards
for this site include Xeric Foundation Award for excellence in comic
books and Best Comix on the Web. Creator and Publisher of the photo
comic book series, "Bobby Ruckers," winner of the Xeric Award (the
Sundance Film Festival of comic books).
Art Comics
Daily. Mr. Williams is the creator of the longest running daily Web
comic on the internet. (since March 1995)
- Latin American Youth Center (1997) Project/Production Web site Coordinator
for their Web site and an online Performance Art Exhibition in collaboration
with their staff. Site is sponsored by the Corcoran Gallery of Art, New York
Council for the Arts, and New York performance artists. Built an interactive
online Temple of Confessions in which art viewers could confess their sins
onto a Web site bulletin board as part of a performance art piece at the Corcoran
Gallery of Art. Instructed staff on building a Web site and built templates.
- Chef Roberto Donna (1996) - Built his Web site from concept to finish.
Restaurants include Galileo, I-Matti,
Arlicola, Pesce, Cesco, Dolcetto, Barolo, and il Radicchio.
- National Institutes of Health (1996) Created original Web site pics,
storyboards, animations for the Women's Health Center division. Troubleshooted
SGML coding for CSAP.
- Intensity Skateboards (1996-1997) Built three online catalogs of
skateboard products featuring thousands of items. Also designed some of their
pics for their products.
- www.Nicotine.com (1996-1997) Built two online catalogs of skateboard
products.

Workshops 1998-Present
Arlington, Virginia; State of Virginia; and the Smithsonian Institution
Award winning teacher for the State of Virginia
The only two time award winner and grant recipient of the Virginia
Museum's Artist Workshop Program for the State of Virginia. As a representative
of over 25 museums and arts organizations, Mr. Williams lectured and taught
specialized workshops to high school students throughout the state.
"Photographic Cartooning." Small groups of students learned
collaboration, feedback brainstorming, script writing, acting, photography,
graphic design, and publishing in a six hour intensive workshop.
"Photographic Tiles." Students learned to create photo images
on wall tiles then paint them with multiple art materials.

I've made this section very short. The most recent exhibition was in the
RGB Gallery on Wired Magazine's Web site (reviewed in Time Magazine).
Mr. Williams has shown in over 160 exhibitions (solo and group), including
the prestigious Brody's Gallery in Washington, DC (Sue Coe, Raw Magazine),
WPA, the Arlington Arts Center, Rockville Arts Place, the Center of Exploratory
and Perceptual Art in Buffalo, NY, Montage in Rochester, NY (sponsored by Kodak
and Xerox Corporations), and OTIS (now SITO on the internet).
Installations include the Insect Club and the Crowbar in Washington, DC
Hand-Painted wall tile murals (featured in People Magazine).
